So, this is exciting! An interview I did back in April is now live on The Pet Photographers Club podcast.

The Pet Photographers Club podcast is “home to inspiring conversations with professional pet photographers and creative entrepreneurs.”
At the time of writing, it’s now in its 9th series so it’s a very established show and, in fact, a favourite of photographers from around the world.
PR tips for photographers
During the interview I spoke about all-things PR, sharing tips on:
- pitching the media,
- how to get started when seeking publicity for your photography business,
- and, what to do and say (and what not to) when approaching journalists.
Plus, there’s even more PR talk in the extended episode, including:
- actionable tips on how to find PR opportunities,
- things you need to consider before pitching to the media,
- and, how to pitch to different kinds of media (print, TV, radio etc.)
Helping photographers develop thriving businesses with PR
I shared with Caitlin and Kirstie how it’s my mission is to help photographers become ‘PR-Savvy’ (come and join my Facebook group of the same name if you haven’t already), to gain visibility and grow a loyal audience.
Hopefully, I also managed to get across my passion for helping photographers use PR strategies to grow their businesses.
