On Tuesday 10th March, I’ll be joining the Association of Photographers (AOP) f22 group as a guest expert for a live Q&A session, in conversation with accredited sports photographer Karen Yeomans and with an audience of AOP’s f22 members.
The focus of the session is visibility for photographers, and we’ll likely to touching on SEO, online search, AI-driven discoverability, positioning and more in our chat.

The AOP f22 group is a dedicated space for women and non-binary commercial photographers to share experience and strengthen their business practice.
A Visibility Audit -> Intentional Online Visibility
Karen, who will be interviewing me, is both a member of the group and one of the event organisers, and we’ve worked together previously.
Last year I carried out a Visibility & SEO Audit of her sports photography website. Since then, she has been steadily implementing improvements — refining written content, improving structure, publishing monthly articles and strengthening her search foundations.
As those changes took effect, she has begun to see measurable improvements in search visibility, alongside greater clarity and confidence in how she articulates her work. That experience prompted her to invite me to speak to the f22 group about SEO for photographers, positioning and the practical steps that make a difference.
