These terms apply specifically to the Photo Marketing Community™ (Dorset) and 2026 events and should be read alongside Zoe Hiljemark’s Online Purchase Terms & Conditions: https://www.zoehiljemark.com/online-purchase-terms-conditions/

In the event of any conflict, the Online Purchase Terms & Conditions take precedence.

1. What’s Included

3.1 Tickets grant access to a single specified event only.

2. Payments, VAT & Refunds

2.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT.

2.2 All sales are final.

2.3 No refunds, partial refunds, transfers, or rollovers will be offered for non-attendance or changes in personal circumstances.

2.4 Zoe Hiljemark reserves the right to review and increase prices for future events or memberships. Any such changes will not apply retrospectively.

3. Event Dates, Changes & Cancellations

3.1 Events are planned and communicated in advance; however, dates, venues or timings may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 If an event is cancelled by Zoe Hiljemark (including due to illness or other unexpected reasons), a replacement event date within the same month will be offered where possible.

3.3 The intention is to host 10 events across the year, and any changes will be communicated to ticket holders booked for the affected event.

4. Transferability

4.1 Tickets are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or passed to another person if the purchaser is unable to attend.

5. Location & Attendance

5.1 Events are held in person in Poole, Dorset (UK).

5.2 UK-based and international photographers are welcome; however, attendees are responsible for their own travel, and any parking, subsistence or other costs incurred.

6. Photography & Media at Events

6.1 During in-person Photo Marketing Community™ (Dorset) events, photographs and/or short video clips may be taken by Zoe Hiljemark for use on her website, social media channels and other marketing materials.

6.2 These images are used solely for the purpose of promoting and documenting the events, sharing the community atmosphere, and marketing future Photo Marketing Community™ activities.

6.3 The lawful basis for capturing and using event photography is legitimate interest, specifically the promotion of professional events and community-led business support.

6.4 All attendees will be informed that photography may take place and will be given the opportunity to opt out. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you may notify Zoe Hiljemark:

in advance of the event, or
on the day of the event

Your preference will be respected.

6.5 Where images are published on social media platforms, attendees acknowledge that such images may be shared, reposted or reused within the public domain, beyond Zoe Hiljemark’s direct control.

6.6 Any images captured will be used in line with Zoe Hiljemark’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is handled and stored.
